Not verbatim, but one of my “friends” basically said this to me. I just can’t believe someone would have the gall to appropriate spoon theory like that, and then even go on to imply that the only reason people might not get out of bed is that they’re lazy, not that they might not be lucky enough to have the privilege of good health. It’s almost enough to make me lose faith in humanity.

You do know that the term “spooning” or cuddling has been around since 1831, right? And The Spoon Theory has only been around since 2010, right?
